Randy began his career working for a regional CPA firm in Salt Lake City that focused on small businesses and Casinos. During his career, he has worked as a CPA for US Steel, Regional Controller for Baker Hughes Inteq and recently as a Budget Officer for the Federal Government – while still preparing Tax Returns and doing consulting on the side for small businesses and individuals. In December 2022, he joined Frost Dana Newman. He offers Tax Preparation, quarterly estimates, bookkeeping, payroll services and consulting.

Randy earned a bachelor’s degree and a Master’s of Professional Accounting from Weber State University.  He is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He and his wife have been married over 30 years and have 7 children and currently 3 grandchildren.  He loves to bike with his wife, hike with his kids, spend time in the outdoors and goes backpacking with his family every summer.

Skylar Campbell began his career working for a CPA firm in Kaysville, Utah, that focused on small businesses. His day-to-day responsibilities included
working on a variety of individual, partnership, and corporate tax client matters, assisting with estimates, research, advice, and compliance. In 2013,
while still working at that firm, he joined a warehousing company as its controller and warehouse manager.

In December 2014, he joined Frost Dana Newman, LLP as a tax accountant. He received both his undergraduate degree in Accounting and his Master of Taxation
degree from Weber State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Utah and is a member of the AICPA.

Todd Newman is a founding partner with Frost Dana Newman CPAs. He specializes in working with doctors and dentists, helping them build and grow their practices
from a financial perspective.

As a trusted advisor for small business owners, Todd provides financial counsel and business planning assistance, including tax guidance and planning,
payroll services and other business services, both for new and mature practices. He prides himself on creating business solutions for doctors, attorneys,
locum tenens, dentists and other professional services providers. Todd has worked with companies from setup to success, and enjoys the comprehensive
view being a trusted advisor affords.

Having grown up in a physician world with a father who was an OB/GYN, Todd merged that experience with his acumen for numbers to create a CPA firm dedicated
to serving the special needs of doctors and dentists. For clients, that means he relates well to them with his proven approach, which includes a high
level of ongoing communication throughout the year, not just at tax time. Todd and his team have customized accounting tools and metrics specifically
for physicians and their practices.

Clients count on Todd to expand far beyond preparing annual taxes by providing comprehensive tax planning and analysis, creating significant savings along
the way. He becomes an integral partner in clients’ growth and success by knowing every facet of their business.

After receiving both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Brigham Young University, Todd began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Irvine,
California, and later in the Salt Lake City office. While in the tax department, he worked on a variety of individual, partnership and corporate tax
clients assisting them with tax estimates, research, advice and compliance. In December 2007 he joined Del Sol, LLC. as the VP of Finance. In January
2009, he joined the CPA firm Payan & Frost, LLC. While at Payan & Frost, LLC, he provided tax compliance and tax consulting for individual,
partnership and corporate clients. Todd left Payan & Frost in 2011 to form Frost Dana Newman, LLP.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Nevada and the State of Utah. He is a member of the AICPA.

Todd is a full-time husband and father of three daughters. They keep him busy with activities, including soccer, volleyball, swimming, singing and dancing.
Todd enjoys anything that gets him outdoors—trail running, swimming, bike riding, ski boating and participating in triathlons.

Jarin Dana began his career in January 2005 with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Salt Lake City. While in their tax department, he worked on a variety of
individual, partnership, and corporate tax clients assisting them with tax estimates, research, advice, and compliance. In November 2007 he joined
Red Leaf Resources, Inc. as their Controller and was successful in establishing their accounting department and handling all accounting and tax related
issues. In addition, he assisted the company in raising over $35M in debt and equity financing. In August of 2009 he joined the Partnership Tax Department
at Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman Sachs, he oversaw the tax compliance for several private equity funds and hedge funds managed by Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Dana left Goldman Sachs in October of 2011 to form Frost Dana Newman, LLP. As part of his practice, Mr. Dana has worked as the Chief Financial Officer
of several private companies based in Utah. He is currently the acting Chief Financial Officer for Fusion Healthcare Staffing based in Sandy, Utah.
He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Utah and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Utah.
He is a member of both the UACPA and AICPA.

Jared Frost is a founding partner with Frost Dana Newman CPAs. His services are focused on doctors and dentists and their practices, redefining the level
of support typically experienced by a CPA firm.

Jared works with clients to truly understand all facets of their business and personal foundation pieces to effectively and proactively plan tax strategies
throughout a given year, not just at “tax time.” He provides business planning counsel, tax guidance and planning, payroll services and related guidance
for practices from start-up through maturity. Jared becomes a true partner in the growth of his clients’ practices, as his clients realize the positive
impact his involvement creates. Clients include doctors, dentists, locum tenens and other professional services providers.

He is no stranger to the medical world. His father was a dentist, and Jared worked in his office during his youth. He also took a number of science classes,
further piquing his interest in that area. It was natural that Jared would mesh his formal CPA training and experience to meet the needs of physicians
and dentists. Jared naturally relates to clients by understanding their world, and remains fully engaged with their finances and taxes to make a meaningful
impact on their bottom line.

Jared prides himself on providing all-in service for his clients—full service, full support, full communication. That’s his primary differentiator.

Jared received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He
began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Salt Lake City, Utah. While in the tax department, he worked on a variety of individual, partnership
and corporate tax clients, assisting them with tax estimates, research, advice and compliance. In December 2005 he joined the CPA firm Carver, Florek
& James LLC as a tax manager and worked with small businesses and individuals, providing them tax consulting and compliance services. In January
of 2008, he started his own practice at the CPA firm Payan & Frost, LLC. Jared left Payan & Frost in 2011 to form Frost Dana Newman, LLP.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the States of Nevada and Utah, and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves as treasurer of the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jared has a full life outside the office with his wife and two children, who keep him busy with soccer, scouting and cello lessons. He is passionate about
anything outdoors, and enjoys pushing himself and rejuvenating with outdoor adventures, including trail running, snow skiing and water skiing.
